Screen printing is one of four major printing methods. The process is as follows: first weaving synthetic fiber or metal wire into a net, then relying on photochemical principle to turn it into a screen plate of which ink only passes through the figure and characters part. Squeegee blade spreads ink over the screen mesh and ink will adhere to the printing substrate through mesh parts, and figure and characters are seen on printing substrate.

With high precision screen gauz, our highest precision available is 80 lines. The largest specification available is 1.8 x 4m (no jointing). Screen printing process is extensively applied and suitable for various surfaces and materials. Printing materials include various synthetic paper, transparent color paper, sticker, organic glass board, light-box cloth, foamex board, KD board, and etc.. Screen printing is characterized with good ink adhesion, thick ink layer, high anti-ultraviolet performance, low cost and high effectiveness, and no need for covering membrane. Screen printing brings you colorful and realistic picture.
